Movie #60 - The Social Network

"We lived on farms, then we lived in cities, and now we're going to live on the internet!"

Day #60

The Social Network
One word to explain this movie -- "Ambitious" (in a brilliant manner that is)

A Great Movie

I was blown away by the total awesomeness of this movie and the manner through which the story is told is really brilliant.

There are a few people to commend - First, Jesse Eisenberg portrayal of Zuckerberg is absolutely amazing, at first the not-so-likeable character; whom you end up sympathizing with. Then Andrew Garfield, who seems like a really nice guy, whose role as Eduardo Saverin was sympathy-inducing; also there's Armie Hammer whose swagger was undeniable as the Winklevoss twins.

Then on to the men that really made the movie work -- Aaron Sorkin (Writer) and David Fincher (Director) brought about a very intriguing story to life embedded with a very intellectual, sharp, dark and funny screenplay. The manner through which the story was told is the movie's strongest point.

NB - The part with the chicken eating chicken was really brilliant! Now that's some really funny stuff.
